This is something I’ve personally struggled with! Change is messy. Most days you have no idea which side is up. You feel adrift, lost and confused. You doubt and question whether you are doing the right thing. After all, who you were, the life you had, was it really THAT bad?

Change is uncomfortable. Many times you will try to talk yourself out of doing the things you need to do in order to keep moving forward. Let’s face it, better the devil you know right?

Be honest with yourself! As great as you were before, the life that you had, it brought you here, to this point for a reason. This is all part of the process of growing and evolving into your higher self. The old you served you for that period, the you that you are now is helping you to transition into the you that you will become.

Keep moving forward. Stop looking back. There is nothing for you there! Your destiny awaits!
